Music Ministry

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.”

Matthew 12:30 reminds us to worship with everything we are. Music plays a big part in our worship. At Mullins First Baptist Church we have many opportunities for you to use your God-given talents to worship through music—singing in a choir (3 yrs. old-senior adult), playing an instrument, and as an audio/visual technician. If you love music, there is a place for you in the music ministry at Mullins First Baptist Church.

Preschool Choir 

3yrs - Kindergarten
Wednesdays, 6-7pm (during Mission Friends) in the preschool hall. We meet to sing songs, move to music, play instruments, and have FUN!

 

Children's Choir

1st-6th Grades
Thursdays, 3-5pm in the Fellowship Hall and Choir Room. We meet (during 2 seasons) to prepare for the Christmas and Spring musicals and sing several times a year in morning services and other special events. (Pick up service is available for PDA, N Mullins, and McCormick schools.)
 

Adult Choir 

7th Grade and Up
Wednesdays, 7-8:30pm in the Choir Room. We lead worship each Sunday morning and present 2 musicals each year (Christmas & Easter).

 

Young at Heart Choir

Senior Adults
Tuesdays, 10-11am in the Young At Heart Choir Room. We present two musicals a year (Christmas & Spring), sing in nursing homes, and other special events. Members also enjoy bringing covered dishes to share on the first Tuesday of each month for lunch after practice.
