Every member of the Body of Christ (The Church) has a purpose and plan for fitting in. Jesus Christ, the head of the Body, determines where to place each person according to the gifts He has given and the calling He places on their life. No one should think too much of their own gifts or placement in the Body that they would discount someone else's placement or gifts. And no one should think too little of their own gifts or placement in the Body that they would exclude themself from the work of the Body. (1 Cor. 12:14-18)
