Men’s Ministries

Our men’s Ministry is a Christian environment in which men can sharpen their skills as a Christian while enjoying Christian fellowship.

Our Men’s Ministry creates enjoyable time for our men to fellowship together and develop authentic relationships thus fulfilling the admonition of Proverbs 27:17 “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”  As a band of brothers, our spiritual goals are as follows:

  • To fight together against the kingdom of darkness in our homes and community.
  • To influence all men of Mullins, S.C. and Marion County to have a personal, spiritual relationship with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Brotherhood Supper – Once a quarter, the brotherhood get together for an awesome meal and great speaker.  Keep an eye on the calendar to find out when we are having another supper and who will be speaking.
Nursing Home Visitation – Join a wonderful group of believers for a joyful night of ministry with the residents of the Mullins Nursing Centers. Some things do your heart good when you raise others in the spirit of Jesus Christ. Between devotions and singing, it really inspires the residents to have visitors from the church take time to join in this wondrous affair. It only lasts about 30 to 45 minutes and it will warm your heart to see the residents jump right in with the worship.

If you would like to be involved in the ministry, please contact the church office at 464-8236. They will be glad to offer more information.
Prison Farm Ministry
– First Sunday of the month at 4:30, we have a small group led by Jamie Roberts meet at the Marion County Prison farm in order to witness to the inmates.

This group usually consist of a few people who go to the Marion County Prison for fellowship and sharing of the scriptures.  Enjoy testimonies by the brotherhood and often times, the prisoners themselves.  This truly carries out the message Paul began thousands of years ago.  Help us enlighten more people to the ways of Jesus Christ with this ministry.  You will receive a blessing along with the prisoners. Visitations usually last about an hour.

If you are interested in participating in this visitation contact the church office at 464-8236.

The Bible says, “And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailer to keep them safely: who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.” (Acts 16:23,24).

The blessing will be yours when you meet this group of men that oftentimes have a great knowledge of the Bible.
